Nordika is looking for a finance intern during a six- to twelve-months period to join our Stockholm office at the beginning of September 2025

About Nordika
Nordika is an award-winning Nordic private equity firm with offices in Stockholm and Helsinki, focusing on real estate and real estate-related investments. Since its inception, Nordika has acquired and managed investments valued at EUR 1bn and has the capital to acquire an additional EUR 200-300m. The investment portfolio consists of assets across the Nordics. About the Internship
This is a six- to twelve-month internship, providing a hands-on experience in private equity, across various real estate asset classes. You will work closely with senior professionals on diverse tasks, including: • Perform financial analysis and reporting to evaluate asset performance across Nordika’s investment portfolio
• Support fund management activities, including building financial models and preparing presentations for management, lenders, and investors
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance cross-functional collaboration
• Contribute to underwriting, deal structuring, and financing of new investment opportunities

The internship will take place at Nordika’s office in central Stockholm. We are targeting a full-time internship but flexible working hours that can be adjusted depending on the candidate. Candidates who are able to commit more time and involvement will be prioritized during the recruitment process.

Who You Are
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the following qualifications:
• Master’s- or final-year bachelor’s student with a strong academic record in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field
• Genuine passion for private equity, real estate, and financial markets
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modelling
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Swedish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
