Investment Intern — Stockholm

Three to six months, full-time, in-person. Starting autumn 2026 or spring 2027. If possible, we welcome candidates who can start immediately.
You will work closely with senior professionals across the full investment process and take ownership of defined workstreams with clear deliverables, including:
- Analysing investment opportunities across various real estate segments and structures
- Building and reviewing financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decisions
- Supporting deal sourcing, market research, and investment underwriting
- Assisting in due diligence, transaction execution and financing discussions
- Supporting portfolio work, including analysis and follow-up on existing investments
Requirements: final stages of a bachelor’s or currently pursuing a master’s in finance, economics, real estate or engineering. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, fluency in English and Swedish.
