Nordika is looking for an investment intern during a six to twelve-month period to join our Stockholm office at the beginning of 2025, with the possibility of starting earlier.

About the Internship
This is a six- to twelve-month internship, providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in private equity, including debt and equity investments across various real estate asset classes. You will work closely with senior professionals on diverse tasks, including:
• Analyzing investment opportunities across multiple asset types, including debt, equity, and real estate-related investments
• Conducting financial modelling and valuation analysis to support decision-making for potential investments
• Participating in due diligence processes, deal structuring, and financing negotiations
• Contributing to market research and assisting with strategic projects aimed at optimizing Nordika’s investment portfolio
• Supporting the team in the management of existing investments across the portfolio
The internship will take place at Nordika’s office in central Stockholm. We are targeting a full-time internship but flexible working hours that can be adjusted depending on the candidate. Candidates who are able to commit more time and involvement will be prioritized during the recruitment process.
Who You Are
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the following qualifications:
• Currently in the final stages of a bachelor’s or master’s program, with a focus on finance, economics, real estate, or a related field
• An interest in private equity, debt investments, real estate and financial markets
• A strong academic record with a focus on finance, economics, real estate, or a related field
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modelling
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Swedish is required
