Corporate Finance, as part of SEB Investment Banking, is a market leader in advisory services for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions such as stock market listings and capital raisings. Our clients consist mainly of Nordic large corporates, financial sponsors and international companies with an interest in M&A and ECM in Northern Europe.

Corporate Finance Growth is a full-serviceM&A, capital raising, and ECM team within SEB Investment Banking, advising private and public growth companies regarding strategic transactions. Our team supports the companies of tomorrow, as well as Nordic large corporates and international investors with an agenda to invest into the Northern European growth landscape.
Who are you?
We are interested in applications from driven individuals with a team-player attitude and a genuine interest in business and finance. To be successful in your internship with us, you need to have sharp analytical skills, be a fast learner as well as being dedicated and ambitious. You have a service-minded attitude, a proactive approach, attention to detail, high integrity, and take responsibility for your tasks. Furthermore, you need to have completed at least two years of studies on an undergraduate level at the time of the internship and have strong communication skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
