Are you interested in programming with applications to finance? Join us at the LINC-STEM Hackathon, a full-day event aimed at challenging Lund University students to develop and implement the best algorithmic trading strategy in Python.
We have created our own artificial broker, allowing you to test your strategies in real time, challenging your ability to account for real-time trading issues and market dynamics.
You’ll have access to historical stock, bond, and commodity price data through our API, enabling you to analyze and craft a competitive algorithm.
Throughout the day, representatives from leading financial firms will circulate among teams, offering guidance and judging the final strategies.
We invite all participants to a celebratory sittning in the evening at T-bar in AF-Borgen.
This event is held annually in February.
Former participating firms include:
- Lynx Asset Management
- Nordea Markets
- SEB
- Capital Four
