BearingPoint, Off-cycle Internship – BearingPoint Capital

Are you curious about M&A and strategic consulting in connection with the sale and acquisition of companies? An internship at BearingPoint’s business unit Capital gives you a unique opportunity to work on one or more challenging projects with our clients and participate in what we do. You will gain first-hand experience of what the everyday life of a transaction advisor is like and learn about BearingPoint and our culture.

We are mainly looking for talented candidates who are currently in the 3rd – 5th year of their education. You must be analytical, structured, results-oriented, and enjoy working in teams. We are especially interested in candidates with a background in financial, economic, or other quantitative studies. In addition, we highly encourage students with international experience from previous internships or studies abroad to apply.

The main tasks you will perform during your stay with BearingPoint Capital:

  • Advise our clients in all aspects of transaction-related processes in connection with the purchase and sale of companies
  • Work collaboratively with top-tier private equity, banking, and corporate clients
  • Opportunity to work across technology and commercial due diligence
  • Collect, structure, and analyze data associated with various companies, industries, and markets
  • Assist in the preparation of sales prospectuses and due diligence-related deliverables

You will become a full-time member of the Capital team for 8-12 weeks. The internship is offered during four periods of the year. Provided that the coronavirus situation and the guidelines from the authorities allow it, you will be located at our office in Oslo or Stockholm. The periods offered are:
